Notion Integration
Portal extensionAgencyPro does not have a dedicated Notion integration, and Notion blocks its pages from loading inside other websites. You can still add a published Notion page to the client portal menu with an External link extension, which opens the page in a new tab.
Why connect Notion with AgencyPro
Agencies often keep project wikis, brand guides and SOPs in Notion. A menu item in the client portal that opens the client's published Notion page saves you sending the link again every month.
Notion pages cannot be embedded inside the portal: Notion's published pages tell browsers not to load them inside other sites (we checked in October 2026). The External link extension opens the page in a new tab instead. Published Notion pages are public to anyone with the URL, so do not publish anything confidential.

How to set up Notion
- In Notion, open the page and use Share > Publish to publish it to the web. Copy the link.
- In AgencyPro, go to Workspace Settings > Extensions and click Add extension.
- Choose External link, enter a navigation label such as Project wiki, and paste the link.
- Connect it to each organization separately if each client has their own page, then enable and save.
