Frequently Asked Questions
Are integrations included in my plan?
Yes. All native integrations listed on this page are available on every paid plan at no additional cost. There is no integration tier or per-connection fee.
Do I need to pay extra for any integration?
You only pay for the third-party tools themselves (for example, Stripe processing fees, your existing Slack workspace, or your QuickBooks subscription). AgencyPro does not charge a markup or connection fee.
How long does setup take?
Most integrations connect via OAuth in under two minutes. More involved setups, such as custom Zapier workflows or embedding live chat in your client portal, typically take 15 to 30 minutes depending on how much you want to configure.
Can I request a new integration?
Yes. If a tool you rely on is not on this page, send a request through the contact form. Popular requests are added to the native integration roadmap, and in the meantime almost any service is reachable through our Zapier connection.
Are integrations secure?
All integrations use OAuth or token-based authentication and are scoped to the minimum permissions needed for the workflow. Credentials are encrypted at rest, and you can disconnect any integration at any time from your AgencyPro settings.
What happens if I disconnect an integration?
Disconnecting an integration stops new data from syncing but leaves your existing AgencyPro records intact. Reconnecting later picks up where you left off, so you can pause an integration without losing the data already imported.
