Export data from Dubsado
In Dubsado, go to Settings > Export Data. Download CSVs for clients, jobs, invoices, and payments. Export each form and questionnaire as a PDF.
Set up your AgencyPro account
Sign up at agencypro.app, configure branding and custom domain, and map your existing Dubsado pipeline stages to AgencyPro statuses.
Import clients and contacts
Upload the Dubsado client CSV. Map fields, deduplicate, and tag by source so you can audit the migration later.
Migrate active projects
