Step-by-step migration process
Export data from Wayfront
Go to Wayfront admin > Reports > Export. Pull clients, orders, subscriptions, intake form submissions, and the file library. Save all CSVs and downloaded files in a single secure folder.
Set up your AgencyPro workspace
Sign up at agencypro.app. Configure your brand, custom domain, and service catalog. Mirror your Wayfront pipeline stages so reporting stays consistent post-migration.
Import clients and contacts
Upload the Wayfront client CSV into AgencyPro contacts. Validate billing details, payment methods on file, and company associations during the import preview.
Recreate active orders and subscriptions
For each active Wayfront subscription, create a matching AgencyPro recurring project from a template. Match service name, cadence, deliverables, and assigned team members.
Transfer recurring billing to Stripe
Connect AgencyPro to the same Stripe account that powered Wayfront. Existing customers and payment methods stay intact. AgencyPro takes over invoice generation and webhook handling.
Migrate files and deliverables
