Via ZapierAgencyPro connects to Kit, formerly ConvertKit, through Zapier. A Zap can add a tag to a subscriber or add them to a sequence when a client is created in AgencyPro.
Connects via Zapier
AgencyPro connects with ConvertKit through Zapier, not a native built-in integration. You build automated workflows ("Zaps") with the AgencyPro app on Zapier, which has triggers for clients, requests, tickets, invoices, payments and order forms. You need the AgencyPro Plus plan and a Zapier account. Zapier's Free plan runs two-step Zaps; multi-step Zaps and premium apps need a paid Zapier plan.

If your agency's newsletter or nurture emails run on Kit, a Zap on Client Created in AgencyPro can run Kit's Add Tag to Subscriber or Add Subscriber to Sequence. New clients get your welcome sequence without a manual export.
Add only people who have agreed to marketing email, and handle unsubscribes in Kit. Nothing syncs back to AgencyPro.

How to set up ConvertKit with Zapier
- Check that your AgencyPro workspace is on the Plus plan, which includes Zapier.
- Create a Zapier account if you don't have one. Check whether your Zap needs a paid Zapier plan.
- Open the AgencyPro app on Zapier and create a new Zap. Connect your AgencyPro account when Zapier asks.
- Choose the trigger: an AgencyPro event such as Invoice Created or Payment Created, or a ConvertKit event if data should flow into AgencyPro.
- Add ConvertKit (or AgencyPro) as the action app and connect that account.
- Map the fields, test with a real record, then turn the Zap on.
Frequently asked questions
Is ConvertKit the same as Kit?
Yes. ConvertKit now operates as Kit. The Zapier app still covers the same account.
Do changes in Kit sync back to AgencyPro?
No. The Zaps described here only send data from AgencyPro to Kit.
