AgencyPro connects with Microsoft Teams through Zapier, not a native built-in integration. You build automated workflows ("Zaps") with the AgencyPro app on Zapier, which has triggers for clients, requests, tickets, invoices, payments and order forms. You need the AgencyPro Plus plan and a Zapier account. Zapier's Free plan runs two-step Zaps; multi-step Zaps and premium apps need a paid Zapier plan.

AgencyPro's built-in team notifications go to Slack. If your agency runs on Microsoft 365, Zapier fills the gap: AgencyPro triggers such as Request Created, Ticket Created or Invoice Updated can run Teams' Send Channel Message action.
Because each Zap picks its own channel, you can send payments to a finance channel and new requests to a delivery channel. This setup posts messages; it does not create Teams meetings.

How to set up Microsoft Teams with Zapier
- Check that your AgencyPro workspace is on the Plus plan, which includes Zapier.
- Create a Zapier account if you don't have one. Check whether your Zap needs a paid Zapier plan.
- Open the AgencyPro app on Zapier and create a new Zap. Connect your AgencyPro account when Zapier asks.
- Choose the trigger: an AgencyPro event such as Invoice Created or Payment Created, or a Microsoft Teams event if data should flow into AgencyPro.
- Add Microsoft Teams (or AgencyPro) as the action app and connect that account.
- Map the fields, test with a real record, then turn the Zap on.
