What can AgencyPro import from my current tool?
Clients and services, by CSV. Go to Imports > Clients or Imports > Services, download the template, fill it from your old tool's export, upload it and confirm the preview. Projects, tasks, files, comments and history are not imported automatically.
What is the AgencyPro migration service?
It is included on the Plus plan ($149 a month, or $124.17 a month billed annually). The migration team helps you move from your current tool, including setting up the projects, tasks, files and history that the CSV importer does not bring in. On Basic and Pro you use the importer yourself.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on how much active work you have. Importing clients and services is quick once your CSVs match the templates. Rebuilding open work is the larger job. Each guide includes an example two-week plan for a small agency, with one billing cycle of parallel running.
Do clients have to do anything?
They receive a portal invitation and log in. If they pay by card on a subscription, they enter their payment details again, because saved cards do not move between platforms.
What if my current tool is not listed?
The steps are the same for most tools: export your client list and services to CSV, import them into AgencyPro, and rebuild active work. Book a call if you want help planning it.
