SuiteDash is a white-label client portal and business platform. It is good at breadth for a flat price: unlimited clients, staff and portals on every plan, with CRM, invoicing, projects, email marketing and a custom-branded mobile app. Thrive adds proposals and Pinnacle adds automations, support tickets and an LMS.
Agencies usually look elsewhere when the tools they need sit on higher plans, when they want software built around agency delivery rather than a broad toolkit, or when they cannot tell from the pricing page which plan includes a module. The seven tools below cover those cases.
Key tools sit on higher plans. Proposals start on Thrive ($49/mo). Automations, FLOWs onboarding, support tickets and task dependencies are Pinnacle only ($99/mo).
A broad toolkit rather than a delivery workflow. SuiteDash spans CRM, marketing, courses and portals. Agencies whose main job is working through client requests and file reviews often want a tool built around that.
Plan detail is hard to compare. The pricing page lists highlights per plan but does not break every module, such as invoicing or scheduling, down by plan.
How we compared: on published features and pricing from each vendor's own site, checked Oct 14, 2026. We did not run hands-on tests or use ratings. AgencyPro is our product, so it is listed first, with its limits. Agiled is made by ZTABS, the company behind AgencyPro.
A direct replacement covers the main job agencies use SuiteDash for. A partial replacement covers part of it, so you keep or add another tool for the rest. Prices are US list prices from each vendor's pricing page; confirm before you buy.

1. AgencyPro: best for agencies that want a delivery workflow inside the portal
AgencyPro is a client portal, project and billing tool built around agency delivery: clients submit requests in a branded portal, your team works them on Kanban and list views, and files go through versioned proofing (Pro). Like SuiteDash, it includes unlimited clients and a custom domain from the entry plan. Unlike SuiteDash, seats cost extra, and its pricing page does not list email marketing, an LMS or a branded mobile app, so it is a partial replacement.
Key features
Branded client portal with custom domain, messaging, file storage and client onboarding (Basic)
Projects and client requests on Kanban and list views, with unlimited clients on every plan
Invoicing with Stripe (cards, ACH, wallets) or PayPal, payment reminders and late fees
Quotes, proposals and contracts with e-signatures, a leads pipeline and intake forms (Pro)
Time tracking, credit-based and hourly services, tickets, SLA tracking and capacity management (Pro)
Design and video annotation with versioned proofing and approvals (Pro)
AI Assistant, Agents and Chatbot on every plan, with 500 to 10,000 AI credits a month by plan
Pricing
Basic $39/mo, Pro $79/mo and Plus $149/mo billed monthly ($32.50, $65.83 and $124.17 per month billed annually). Each plan includes 1 seat; extra seats are $15 (Basic), $20 (Pro) or $30 (Plus) per month. Enterprise is priced by quote. AgencyPro pricing, checked Oct 14, 2026.
Pros
Unlimited clients, portal branding and a custom domain from Basic ($39/mo)
Request queues, versioned proofing, time tracking and capacity management on Pro ($79/mo)
AI Assistant, Agents and Chatbot included on every plan

Email marketing, an LMS and a custom-branded mobile app are not listed on its pricing page
Removing "Powered by" and branded email need Plus ($149/mo)
The CSV importer brings in clients and services only; projects and files are set up by hand
Choose it if your agency delivers ongoing client work and you want requests, proofing and billing in one portal more than marketing and course tools.

3. Agiled: best for CRM, projects and invoicing with seats included by plan
Disclosure: Agiled is made by ZTABS, the same company that makes AgencyPro. The facts here come from Agiled's own pricing and features pages, the same standard as every other tool.
Agiled covers much of the same ground as SuiteDash: CRM and deal pipelines, projects and tasks, time tracking, invoices and estimates, proposals and contracts with e-signing, forms and tickets, with the branded client portal and custom domain included from Business. Seats are bundled by plan rather than unlimited.

On Starter and Pro the branded portal is a $15/mo add-on (billed annually)
Choose it if you want CRM, documents, projects and invoicing in one app and your team fits within 7 or 15 seats.

How to choose a SuiteDash alternative
Count your team
SuiteDash includes unlimited staff. Most alternatives charge per seat or by user band, so price each one with your real headcount.
List the modules you actually use
Portal, CRM, invoicing, proposals, email marketing, courses. Few alternatives cover all of them; decide which ones can move to a separate tool.
White-label depth
SuiteDash includes white-labeling and a custom-branded mobile app on every plan. Check custom domain, "Powered by" removal and branded email on the plan you would buy.
Delivery workflow
If clients submit requests and review files, test request intake and proofing with real files during the trial.
When to stay with SuiteDash
You use the marketing side: email campaigns, drip autoresponders and the LMS alongside the portal.
Your team is growing and unlimited staff at a flat price matters more than a specialized workflow.
You rely on the custom-branded mobile app for clients.
Notes by agency type
What to weigh first when you replace SuiteDash, by the kind of work you do.
For marketing agencies
Weigh recurring billing, a place for clients to submit requests and approve content, and a clear view of how much retainer work is left each month. Campaign reporting usually stays in a dedicated analytics tool.
If you run client email campaigns from SuiteDash, plan where that work moves first. AgencyPro and ManyRequests do not list email marketing on their pricing pages, so check it on any plan you consider.
Test how clients leave feedback on files. Pinned comments on images and versioned approvals save more time than any task view. Check whether proofing is on the plan you can afford.
AgencyPro Pro and ManyRequests Core include design and video proofing. Test feedback on real files before you move.
Look for recurring tasks that recreate each month, subscription billing, and a portal where clients see what was delivered. Rank tracking and audits stay in your SEO tools.
Prioritize milestone billing, change-request tracking and time tracking against estimates. If your developers live in GitHub or Jira, check the integration before anything else.
Multi-discipline teams need capacity planning across people and a review flow that handles images, video and documents. Budget tracking per project matters once you run fixed-fee work.
Proposals, contracts with e-signature, hourly or retainer billing and a secure place to share documents carry more weight than detailed task boards.
If the portal is mostly for sharing documents and messages, Assembly or Clinked may be enough; if you also sell proposals and contracts, look at Agiled, Plutio or AgencyPro Pro.
Fast client approvals on press releases and a shared record of what was sent and when. Media databases and monitoring are separate tools in almost every stack.
Monthly content approvals and subscription billing come first. Scheduling and publishing usually stay in a social media tool, so check that the two can live side by side.
A mix of build projects and ongoing retainers means you need both milestone and recurring billing, plus a ticket or request queue for store fixes after launch.
Start with your client list: export it from SuiteDash if it offers a CSV export, or build the CSV by hand. AgencyPro's CSV importer accepts clients and services. Projects, tasks, files and comment history are not imported automatically, so recreate active projects and leave closed ones archived in SuiteDash. On the Plus plan, AgencyPro's migration service helps with setup. Run both tools side by side until your active projects close.
What is the best SuiteDash alternative for agencies?
For an agency delivery workflow with requests and proofing, AgencyPro (our product) or ManyRequests. For flat pricing with every feature on every plan, Agency Handy. For CRM, documents and invoicing with seats included, Agiled. For a small studio, Plutio.
Does SuiteDash really include unlimited users?
Yes. SuiteDash's pricing page lists unlimited CRM contacts, staff and portals on Start, Thrive and Pinnacle. What changes by plan is features and storage (100GB, 500GB or 2TB).
Which SuiteDash plan includes proposals and automations?
Proposals and documents with e-signing are on Thrive ($49/mo). Automations, FLOWs onboarding, support tickets and the LMS are on Pinnacle ($99/mo).
Is there a free alternative to SuiteDash?
Assembly has a free plan for 1 internal user and 5 active client contacts. The others offer trials: AgencyPro, Agiled and ManyRequests 14 days, Agency Handy and Plutio 7 days. SuiteDash itself has a 14-day trial at Pinnacle level.
Can I import my data into AgencyPro?
Partly. AgencyPro's CSV importer accepts clients and services. Projects, tasks, files and comment history are recreated by hand, and the Plus plan includes a migration service to help with setup.
