ManyRequests is a client portal for request-based agencies. It is good at the order-to-delivery loop for design, video and content work: a service catalog, request forms, subscription billing, CRM, time tracking and design and video proofing are all on the Core plan, with unlimited clients and a custom domain.
Agencies look elsewhere when seat costs add up, when the options they need sit on Pro or Enterprise, or when their work is scoped projects with proposals and contracts rather than a request queue. The seven tools below cover those cases.
Seats add up. Each extra team member costs $15 to $20 per month on Core and $25 to $30 on Pro, depending on billing.
Key options sit on Pro or Enterprise. Removing "Powered by", workload management and webhooks need Pro. API access is listed on Enterprise, which starts at $1,000/mo.
Built around requests. Its pricing page does not list proposals or contracts, so agencies that sell scoped projects keep another tool for that part.
How we compared: on published features and pricing from each vendor's own site, checked Oct 14, 2026. We did not run hands-on tests or use ratings. AgencyPro is our product, so it is listed first, with its limits. Agiled is made by ZTABS, the company behind AgencyPro.
A direct replacement covers the main job agencies use ManyRequests for. A partial replacement covers part of it, so you keep or add another tool for the rest. Prices are US list prices from each vendor's pricing page; confirm before you buy.

How to choose a ManyRequests alternative
Request intake and service catalog
If clients order from a menu of services, check the catalog, request forms and how orders turn into work.
Proofing on the plan you buy
ManyRequests includes design and video proofing on Core. AgencyPro includes it on Pro. Test with real files.
Seat math
Per-seat tools (ManyRequests, AgencyPro) suit small teams; user bands (Agency Handy) and seats included (Wayfront, Agiled) can be cheaper as you grow.
Branding and integrations
Compare where "Powered by" removal and API access sit: ManyRequests Pro and Enterprise, AgencyPro Plus, Wayfront as an API add-on.
When to stay with ManyRequests
Your work is a steady queue of design, video or content requests and Core covers it.
You need design and video proofing on the entry plan.
Your team is small enough that per-seat costs stay low.
Notes by agency type
What to weigh first when you replace ManyRequests, by the kind of work you do.
For marketing agencies
Weigh recurring billing, a place for clients to submit requests and approve content, and a clear view of how much retainer work is left each month. Campaign reporting usually stays in a dedicated analytics tool.
Test how clients leave feedback on files. Pinned comments on images and versioned approvals save more time than any task view. Check whether proofing is on the plan you can afford.
ManyRequests includes design proofing on Core; AgencyPro includes design annotation with versioned approvals on Pro. Compare with real files.
Look for recurring tasks that recreate each month, subscription billing, and a portal where clients see what was delivered. Rank tracking and audits stay in your SEO tools.
Prioritize milestone billing, change-request tracking and time tracking against estimates. If your developers live in GitHub or Jira, check the integration before anything else.
Multi-discipline teams need capacity planning across people and a review flow that handles images, video and documents. Budget tracking per project matters once you run fixed-fee work.
Fast client approvals on press releases and a shared record of what was sent and when. Media databases and monitoring are separate tools in almost every stack.
Monthly content approvals and subscription billing come first. Scheduling and publishing usually stay in a social media tool, so check that the two can live side by side.
A mix of build projects and ongoing retainers means you need both milestone and recurring billing, plus a ticket or request queue for store fixes after launch.
Start with your client list: export it from ManyRequests if it offers a CSV export, or build the CSV by hand. AgencyPro's CSV importer accepts clients and services. Projects, tasks, files and comment history are not imported automatically, so recreate active projects and leave closed ones archived in ManyRequests. On the Plus plan, AgencyPro's migration service helps with setup. Run both tools side by side until your active projects close.
For the same request portal plus proposals, contracts and capacity planning, AgencyPro (our product). For productized services sold through order forms, Wayfront. For flat pricing by user band, Agency Handy. For a large team on a flat price, SuiteDash.
How much does ManyRequests cost?

Does ManyRequests have an API?
API access is listed on the Enterprise plan, which starts at $1,000/mo. Pro includes webhooks, and Zapier is on every plan.
Is ManyRequests or Wayfront better for productized services?
Wayfront is built around order forms and checkout and includes 5 seats on Base ($99/mo billed annually). ManyRequests starts lower for one person ($39/mo billed annually) and includes design and video proofing on Core.
Can I import my data into AgencyPro?
Partly. AgencyPro's CSV importer accepts clients and services. Projects, tasks, files and comment history are recreated by hand, and the Plus plan includes a migration service to help with setup.
